How to stream video with delay
So i tried VLC but it can delay displayed video :sout-display-delay=15000 as mentioned here, and NOT the streamed one :sout-delay-id=1 :sout-delay-delay:15000 (Using VLC 1.1.9 cause VLC 2.2.1 breaks if … you only mention delay :( )
I used this command for example
vlc -vvv rtsp://10.0.0.5:554/live.sdp :sout=#duplicate{dst=rtp{sdp=rtsp://:8554/live.sdp},delay-id=0,delay-delay=15000} :sout-keep
