Transcoding from AVC to ProRes: Are there any negatives that would happen to the footage?
I've shot a short film and the files are using AVC codec within an .MP4 container. I'm wondering whether transcoding to say Quicktime (ProRes 422 HQ) would have any negatives that come with it.
