My name is Pelle (pronounced as in San Pellegrino), I am a Dutch software developer who currently lives and works in Chicago IL.

I co-founded and helped build Occasion since 2013, for which I'm currently working full-time as Chief Architect.

My current day-to-day technologies that I feel at home with, are Ruby, Rails 5+, PostgreSQL, the JSONAPI standard. In addition, my job involves ReactJS, ES6, Coffeescript, node (I admit this is a guilty pleasure).

An ex-recording engineer with a degree in Music and Technology, my passion for music (classical, jazz, and dance music from all around the globe) is no secret.
