Started programming in 1964 on the IBM 1401. Made a career as mainframe independent consulting systems analyst, business analyst, system designer programmer documenter trainer, and OS maintenance and interface developer on the various IBM 360 products using Assembler and various high-level languages. Got into machine (bit-level) programming on a Northstar micro computer in 1980. Graduated to Godbout's CompuPro S-100 and did consulting development work for Godbout and he bundled an application suite I wrote with his machines, The Field Companion. Got on the IBM PC in 1985 and wrote all kinds of software - hundreds of programs in different languages, my favorite being Pascal. I continued in the mainframe consulting until 2004. Now I'm experimenting and developing whatever I feel like on both the PC and the MAC, but greatly prefer the MAC platform. In real life, I write screenplays and train horses.
