I have a comp in After Effects using a transparent background. This is on a Windows machine.

If I render within After Effects directly and select RGB + alpha and AVI, the render is around 2 GB.

If I render from Adobe Media Encoder (AME) and select H.264 and adaptive medium bitrate, the render is 9 mb, which is much better for my purposes for the web. But the render in Media Encoder is on a black background.

Is there a code from within AME that will render out transparent? (and with a relatively smaller file size).
