Here's a video I made with my cell phone:

I took the first frame and added it as an overlay for the entire video with an opacity of 60% to better understand the movement of the "jitter", which can be found here:

In theory I could probably crop and resize each frame to remove the "jitter" but doing that manually would be incredibly time consuming. Per chance is there an tool that could automatically do that?
