How to extract part of a video with subtitles included? I have a video (in .mkv format if it matters) and its subtitles of multiple languages (usually embedded in the file as selectable subtitles (but usually not merged in the picture, if you know what I mean), but sometimes as a *.sub or *.ass file or files separate from the video file). I'd like to extract part of the video from time HH:MM:SS to time hh:mm:ss and with subtitle included, with the corresponding part of the subtitle of a given language merged into the video. What's a way to do this from command line?
