I have a short clip, 10 seconds or so. I'd like to loop in/down the timeline to create a 6-hour video (for sleep music on YouTube). How do i do that using inkScape. I have an idea of how to do it on adobe, so I was wondering if I could do the same thing in inkscape. The only answers here are around copy/paste which would take a half hour just to do for this length of video. Any ideas?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding you, but Inkscape is an SVG tool, not a video editor. That's vector drawings. While SVG can be an animated picture, I'm not personally aware of any in-package way for inkscape to export SVG as a video. However, if you're just looking for a free tool that will make looping easy, instead of Adobe, you can import SVG into Kdenlive, which is pretty simple to understand and perfectly capable of looping or even just copy-pasting a track until it's long enough.
