Sometimes referred to as "RAW" format, an example of which would be the now outdated CinemaDNG - a format that stores pixels in their pre-demosaiced form, as pure light intensity values as recorded by the image sensor.

With the multitude of such "RAW" formats one would think there's a standard out there. Alas there's none. Which made me look for an alternative - a standard video format (that has a FOURCC designation) that can support 10-bit monochromatic pixels.

Have been looking all over the Web and failing to find one, so turning to this community for help. Maybe there's something I'm missing or, maybe, it simply just doesn't exist?
