I am working in Premiere Pro and have used used a .mov animation file (the audio spectrum in the middle of the image) in my sequence that I exported from Adobe After Effects.
When I try to export my sequence to .mp4, I get a very strange result where I see several frames playing simultaneously. As in this picture:
I can click through the frames on the left and see the different parts of the video. Each part appears zoomed in and distorted. I have tried several different output settings now and the result is the same. I also tried to convert the .mov file to .mp4, but then I lose the transparant background.
Is there any way I can work with animation files within a .mp4 project?
FYI here are my output settings (low quality to test rendering)
Many thanks, Lila
