We have a ffmpeg filter based on avf_concat to dynamically insert frames and audio from a second set of input sources based on external..To substitute video and audio in a live generated HLS compliant stream (single file) when the original broadcast source is interrupted (signal loss) leading to a discontinuity. The intent is that the output proxy file (and stream) should reflect the full outage period accurately with no discontinuity.

The ffmpeg based proxy encoder trails the live recording.

Due to timing issues the signal for loss of video is set 10 frames before the actual outage, while the ideal would be frame accurate this was considered an acceptable compromise and as we were unable to get it working when switching on exact frames..

How to resolve above issue? What library files need to be modified in FFMPEG AVF_CONCAT?

Any help would be appreciated here..

Thank you..
