I run the following FFmpeg command:

ffmpeg -i INPUT.mpg -vf "blackdetect=d=2:pix_th=0.00" -f null -

It shows the event from the blackdetect filter with information about the black interval:

[blackdetect @ 0xddb140] black_start:0.716922 black_end:900.237 black_duration:899.52

But I got that event when the problem with the black interval solved.
Is there way to get information about black_start instantly when the problem occurs? It should be something like this:

[blackdetect @ 0xddb140] black_start:0.716922
frame=1429 fps=1389 q=-0.0 size=N/A time=00:00:07.60 bitrate=N/A speed=55.6x
frame=2152 fps=1390 q=-0.0 size=N/A time=00:01:20.16 bitrate=N/A speed=55.7x
....
frame=22260 fps=1391 q=-0.0 size=N/A time=00:14:51.12 bitrate=N/A speed=55.7x
[blackdetect @ 0xddb140] black_end:900.237 black_duration:899.52

Is it possible to achive it via FFmpeg or FFprobe?

    Not at present, use blackframe filter. – Gyan Jan 18 '19 at 11:35
