I am new to kdenlive.

When I select a zone in a clip and then choose "Extract zone from clip", I get a notification saying that kdenlive "Failed to create file". The log shows:

[mp4 @ 0xf0ac80] Could not find tag for codec pcm_s16be in stream #1, codec not currently supported in container

Could not write header for output file #0 (incorrect codec parameters ?): Invalid argument

Stream mapping: Stream #0:0 -> #0:0 (copy) Stream #0:1 -> #0:1 (copy) Last message repeated 1 times

I have googled and realize that MP4 containers should not have PCM sound, although apparently Sony cameras such as my own use the two together.

How can I make this work? Currently I am not able to do this basic operation at all.
