I'd like to get into creating amateur videos (think YouTube). I'd like to have a few cameras to set up around a room to capture several angles.

I don't know anything about cameras and would like some advice for getting into this as a hobby.

Are there any starter cameras you would recommend? I was thinking of getting a better camera as the primary camera and a lower-end camera for the other angles. Would there be problems with this?

I'd also like to have a wireless mic (or boom mic) that I can connect to the primary camera.

Any suggestions or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Edit: To give more details about my intended use. A good example of the need for multiple camera angles is for showing people playing a board game. One would be a wide angle of the people to discuss tactics. An overhead camera would be fixed to show the board.
