Is there a way to add a "wiggle"“wiggle” to a keyframable value in Adobe Premiere Pro (CC)? For example, if I wanted an image to jitter back and forth, I could apply such an effect to the rotation value.

There is such an effect in Adobe After Effects: by adding an expression to a value, and typing "wigglewiggle(frequency, amplitude, octaves, amplitude multiplier, time) (frequency, amplitude, octaves, amplitude multiplier, time)" withwith numbers in steadinstead of the arguments), the value will randomly shift up and down over time depending on what arguments you entered.

tl;dr: Is there a way to produce an effect in Premiere akin to the wiggle() expression in After Effects?
