comment Where can I publish a 50 fps video?
Whoa, indeed. I suggest you make that your answer and I'll accept that, since that's the only site I've seen yet (not the best name... but still)

It looks like it's 25fps. The video was shot in 50fps and then slowed to 25fps.

That website design doesn’t inspire confidence, hope it can do the job... Thanks!

comment Is it possible to recreate VirtualDub Deshaker functionality in Adobe Premiere/After Effects?
Unless you know of a way to plonk a VirtualDub savefile right into the Premiere timeline, just like one can do with AE compositions? I'd love to be able to do that.

Yep, it's a royal PITA up until CS5.5, when the Warp Stabilizer finally makes this a child's play! What's wrong with VirtualDub: nothing, it just doesn't exactly integrate into the editing workflow. You can use it to deshake one clip, but if you're editing a video composed of 50 clips, VirtualDub just doesn't cut it. (and I avoid intermediate renders like the plague)

@Speldosa I suppose anything along those lines would be very helpful, so I'll update the question a bit.

comment What is the orbiting technique involved for this scene [youtube]?
I believe this works by using only a small number of cameras, together with some really clever software which reconstructs a 3D model using stereoscopy and infers textures from the shots. It can then be re-rendered at any angle as slow as necessary.
