Do you have one more photo from the same camera? If so, two angles from same lens may be enough to recreate the scene with a camera. I am trying to figure out if a solution involving Blender's built in camera tracker would be possible. In this situation you obviously know the camera model and have lens information, right?

What OS do you use? Some OS tools might help us to achieve this workflow. Such as Applescript etc. Just brainstorming, because as far as I know, there's no automation possible in Adobe Premiere.

@Erik, yes Blender uses ffmpeg in Linux and Windows builds but as far as I know you can also build Blender with ffmpeg option under Mac Os. Writing a script is a good idea for a quick tool, please let us know about the results.
